Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead specialty technology integration projects within commercial environments. This role is ideal for a PM with strong construction coordination experience who understands schedules, subcontractors, budgets, and field execution, and can confidently manage projects from contract award through final commissioning.
You will operate at the intersection of construction and technology, ensuring our systems integrate seamlessly within larger building projects. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership
- Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules (Gantt, milestone tracking)
- Refine scope, manpower plans, procurement schedules, and deliverables
- Ensure work aligns with contract documents, drawings, and specifications
- Drive projects from kickoff through final inspection and client handover
- Field & Trade Coordination
- Attend construction meetings and represent our scope professionally
- Coordinate closely with contractors, IT teams, and other trades
- Manage subcontractors and vendor performance
- Conduct site visits to ensure work quality and schedule alignment
- Identify and resolve field conflicts proactively
- Financial & Budget Management
- Manage project budgets and labor allocations
- Monitor cost-to-complete and forecast financial performance
- Control change orders and scope modifications
- Protect project margins through disciplined oversight
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Resolve conflicts quickly and professionally
- Maintain project momentum while protecting quality standards
- Documentation & Closeout
- Maintain organized project documentation (RFIs, submittals, contracts, drawings)
- Oversee system commissioning and punch list completion
- Deliver complete closeout packages and client documentation
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Required
- 3-5+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience managing subcontractors and trade coordination
- Strong understanding of commercial construction workflows
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and electrical drawings
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong budget tracking and forecasting skills
- Preferred
- Experience in electrical, low-voltage, AV integration, or specialty systems
- Familiarity with Procore, Smartsheet, or similar PM software
- PMP certification

Work Environment:
- Office-based with regular jobsite visits

- Must pass PA child abuse clearances
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
Payment & Benefits Compensation:
- Annual Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000
